Ballast cleaning brush

This hydraulic ballast cleaning brush is a dedicated railway maintenance attachment matched with wheel excavators, designed to sweep dust, fine waste ballast, weeds and silt on track beds, sleeper tops and around steel rails. Equipped with dense heavy-duty wear-resistant steel wire bristles, the hydraulically driven roller rotates evenly to deliver wide, consistent cleaning coverage, efficiently clearing accumulated dirt and fine debris from sleeper gaps and track sides. The curved enclosed housing blocks flying gravel to prevent secondary contamination of the track. Built with thickened steel frame, the bristles resist abrasion and bending for long service life under harsh ballast-site conditions. It can be freely lifted and rotated with the excavator arm to achieve full dead-angle cleaning in tight zones like turnouts and platform edges.
