Screening bucket

This hydraulic rotary screening bucket is a multi-functional attachment compatible with wheel and crawler excavators, applicable to both railway maintenance and earthwork screening. It relies on an internal hydraulically driven rotary drum to automatically classify materials. Equipped with standard screening mesh on the cylinder, it rapidly separates materials of different particle sizes such as ballast gravel, mud, fine sand and construction waste, screening out qualified intact ballast while removing silt, dust and fine debris, ideal for track bed cleaning and waste ballast recycling.

Constructed with thickened wear-resistant steel and heavy-duty screening cage, the bucket resists heavy impact and deformation. The hydraulically powered drum runs smoothly and supports 360° rotation to conduct multi-angle screening in narrow track zones and construction slopes. Fitted with quick hitch, it can be rapidly swapped with ballast cleaners, tampers and other railway attachments for multi-purpose use. Besides railway ballast sorting, it also works well in earthmoving, sand screening and construction waste recycling, eliminating manual sorting work, boosting material processing efficiency and cutting labor costs.
